• the Age Group in which the participant competes;
• the room number and starting time of the Individual Competition;
• the team number, room number and starting time of the Team Competition.

16:00 - 17:00 – Autograph Session and Photo Opportunity with Willie Yong (Singapore), publisher, author, and co-author of the “Doodles” book series.
July 4
08:30 Tournament opening ceremony - Lyuben Karavelov Secondary School, Nessebar – in the south school yard
Participants enter the school building 15 minutes before the start of the competition for their group, through the south yard, from Ivan Vazov Street, and exit through the north entrance, 1 Lyuben Karavelov Street.
09:00 – 10:00 – Individual Contest for G4 and G9
10:30 – 11:30 – Individual Contest for G2 and G6
12:00 – 13:00 – Individual Contest for G3 and G5
13:30 – 14:30 – Individual Contest for G1, G7 and G8
July 5
09:00 – 09:40 - Team Contest – (G1, G7 and G9)
10:00 – 10:40 - Team Contest – (G4 and G8)
11:00 – 11:40 - Team Contest – (G3 and G5)
12:00 – 12:40 - Team Contest – (G2 and G6)
15:00 – 16:30 - Lodovico Ferrari Tournament for solving Algebraic Equations and Puzzles
12:00 - Announcement of the answers to the questions for the individual competition and the points obtained by the competitors by the INDEX NUMBER on their certificate.
July 6
10:00 – Announcement of the results (points obtained) by TEAM NUMBER
12:00 - Announcement of the names of the winners of medals, cups and other trophies from the individual competition
15:00 - Announcement of the names of the winners from the team competition
20:00 - Awarding of the winners in the team contests and Lodovico Ferrari Tournament in the south school yard
July 7
9:00 - Award Ceremony on the stage of the Ancient Theatre in Old Nessebar.
